One of the interesting impacts of the emergence of the internet and its supporting applications is how the distribution of text in cyberspace, how the text form, and how people use it.
The use of emoticons that abbreviate the use of text, writing style in captions to convey an impression on a post on social media, imposing one’s existence through the comments column, or expressing one’s point of view through a film dialogue translation is some famous examples of the use of text on the internet. This work reflects again on how internet users’ behavior and translation problems are more contextual.
